Our specialty is in the design of interconnect solutions addressing EMI/RFI filtering and EMP transient protection to meet demanding HIRF and lightning requirements. AEF filter connectors use a number of different filtering and transient suppression technologies in order to achieve the most cost effective solutions, with the highest quality.
AEF have extensive experience in the design and development of cost effective Special Applications meeting unique requirements or unique planforms not otherwise possible from a standard or traditional catalogue.
AEF know that the fitting of circuit protection is most suited to sitting at the bulkhead, before any interference enters the enclosure. To this end the design provided will not only provide the security from conducted emissions, but within mechanical packaging suitable to cause minimum of impact when interacted to to final system. We can offer electrical modelling of the conducted performance and 3D models of the packaged solution. The design offered, it can be assured, will be effective for circuit protection, have minimum integration concerns and being cost sensitive.
Where product needs to provide additional customer confidence for specific applications, AEF can offer options for added testing and qualification to demonstrate the validity of the product to meet the customers specification.
